Improving Company Morale and Aligning Corporate Identity

Client A* is a worldwide general trading company. After occupying B-Grade offices in the same building for 12 years, the company was ready to find a new home with all the benefits of prime property.

The challenge

Our client wanted a total overhaul of their workspace, including improved environmental ratings, the creation of a neighbourhood atmosphere, and enhanced safety standards. Being an International company and with full regard for internal governance and corporate protocols, they reached out to us to demonstrate to their overseas Headquarters that this was indeed the right move.

Addressing success

In order to formulate a new Workspace Methodology for the Client, Noordman + Associates began by diving into the Client’s Workplace Strategy. Upon achieving a detailed understanding, a full Commercial Property Search was performed to align with the Client’s specifications.

The Client then submitted Noordman and Associates’ shortlist of Property Recommendations to their Headquarters for approval. The recommendations were based on the in-depth Financial Analysis and Building Rating Comparisons conducted by Noordman and Associates.

The outcome

An accomplished transition from B-Grade to Prestigious-Grade premises within a desirable building, featuring the latest retail and lifestyle amenities, resulted in only a 6% increase in the tenant's overall cost of occupation.
